Our team comprises of well trained, skilled and experienced care assistants, support workers, Early years practitioners and social workers. We have carefully selected our staffs through a rigorous recruitment process to ensure they can engage and effectively support vulnerable service users impacted by dementia, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and domestic violence amongst others.
Our philosophy is to reflect and promote values that puts the needs of our service users’ first. By focusing on delivering a person-centred care, the individual service user remains the centre of our Careplanning and Service delivery.
